Job summary

Karla in Denmark is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our growing team in Copenhagen or Aarhus. This full-time role combines technical onboarding, customer support, and ongoing relationship management to help customers maximize value from our AI-powered platform.

You will work closely with the commercial team, assist with configuration, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers through setup. Danish language is essential, and strong English is required for cross-border communication.

Qualifications

Must be able to work from either Aarhus or Copenhagen office; occasional remote work can be discussed.
Danish language fluency is required.
Strong technical background with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
Experience with APIs or integrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

Technical onboarding: configure and set up Karla for new customers and guide through technical setup.
Customer support: assist customers with questions, including technical ones, ensuring a great experience.
Troubleshooting: identify and resolve issues, coordinate with development as needed.
Relationship building: maintain strong ongoing relationships with existing customers.
Feedback loop: gather customer feedback and share insights to improve the product.
