Job summary

Factbird is seeking an AI Enablement Coordinator to shape internal AI usage, tooling, and governance across the company. You will own tooling, licensing, and the creation of training material to empower teams to adopt AI effectively.

The role blends technical curiosity with people-facing impact, offering a hybrid work setup and opportunities to design an AI learning program for the whole organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years since graduating from a relevant technical Masters program (more is a plus)
• Strong technical understanding of AI and AI tooling
• Interest in growing beyond a purely technical track into project management and cross‑team influence
• Comfort working independently and owning a broad, loosely defined area
• Clear communication to explain AI capabilities to non‑technical colleagues
• Experience training, coaching, or presenting to non-technical colleagues
• Proactive streak to push AI adoption forward, not wait for a roadmap

Responsibilities

• Own and administer our internal AI tooling, setup, and learning for users.
• Manage licenses for internal AI tools, monitor costs and compliance.
• Create training and documentation, including a library of reusable AI skills, prompts and agents.
• Build a roadmap of processes/workflows that can be automated with AI across Factbird
