RIB Software is seeking a Director of AI Transformation to steer our AI-native SaaS journey. You will lead end-to-end AI initiatives, embed AI into core workflows, and partner with senior leaders to unlock strategic opportunities and measurable business value.

The role demands strong executive presence, broad experience in AI, automation, and transformation, and a track record of delivering funded initiatives through to outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8–15+ years in consulting, product management, or operational leadership.

Responsibilities

• Identify and shape high-value AI opportunities across product, operations, GTM and support with measurable value.
• Secure buy-in, funding and resources from senior stakeholders and define clear AI programs.
• Lead cross-functional AI projects from ideation to production and scaling with adoption.
• Build and govern the AI operating model and repeatable playbooks for AI deployment.
• Drive company-wide AI adoption and measurable business outcomes.
