Job summary

GN Group in Denmark is hiring an AI Engineering Enablement Specialist within the Digital Incubation & AI team to help engineers adopt AI tools and agentic workflows by turning emerging technology into practical learning experiences.

You will design training sessions, connect teams with the central AI group, assess needs, and build an internal community around playbooks and guides, shaping GN’s AI tooling portfolio.

Qualifications

• Educational background in relevant technology fields or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to coach others and host interactive sessions.
• Familiarity with software development workflows (IDE, Git, CI/CD).

Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and hackathons for engineers to use AI tools and agentic workflows.
• Connect engineering teams with central AI team by gathering feedback and mapping workflows.
• Assess needs and help shape GN’s AI tooling portfolio with internal capabilities.
