Job summary

GN Group seeks an AI Engineering Enablement Specialist within the Digital Incubation & AI team to empower engineers and technical teams to adopt AI tools and agentic workflows. You will design learning initiatives, run workshops, and translate feedback into practical improvements that accelerate AI adoption across GN’s software, R&D and technical communities.

You will connect engineering teams with the central AI team, map workflows, assess tooling needs, and help shape GN’s AI portfolio.

Qualifications

  • Educational background in technology management, computer science, technical communication, learning and development, engineering, or related field
  • Strong communication and coaching skills to host sessions and train developers
  • Technical literacy in software development workflows (IDEs, Git, CI/CD)
  • Ability to translate feedback into practical improvements across GN teams

Responsibilities

  • Design and facilitate training sessions, practical workshops, and hackathons to help engineers use AI tools and workflows
  • Connect engineering teams with the central AI team by gathering feedback and mapping workflows
  • Help shape GN’s AI tooling portfolio by assessing technical needs and evaluating solutions
  • Build an active internal community of practice with playbooks, guides, and shared outcomes
  • Translate feedback into actionable insights that improve AI adoption across GN
