Job summary

Usercentrics is seeking a senior AI Enablement Engineer to own the AI enablement stack, from department AI apps to the platform layer. You will architect and ship hard AI systems, build a technical community, and set reusable patterns across the company.

You will work with the AI Enablement Lead and cross-functional partners to deliver safe, governed AI capabilities while driving adoption and technical excellence across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering and end-to-end ownership of complex systems.
• Hands-on with production AI systems (LLMs, agents, RAG).
• Strong foundation in distributed systems, backend design, and cloud.
• Mentor senior engineers and drive education across teams.
• Clear, direct communication across security, platform, and product.

Responsibilities

• Take on the hardest department AI applications and set patterns.
• Own platform layer: LLM gateway, RAG, model ops, evaluation frameworks.
• Govern internal AI marketplace for cross-department apps.
• Define engineering standards and integration patterns for AI projects.
• Lead technical education and mentor builders beyond your team.
• Collaborate with AI Enablement Lead, Security, and Platform Eng to ship safe AI.
