Job summary

Usercentrics is seeking a senior AI delivery leader to own the Office of AI across two pillars: platform/tooling and AI adoption by business users. You will lead a small, senior team and shape the roadmap, balancing engineering speed with governance, enabling multiple departments to use AI with measurable outcomes.

You will report into the Office of AI and collaborate across Security, Legal, and Platform Engineering to ensure safe, governed AI adoption at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering.
• 4+ years leading and managing engineering teams.
• Real AI delivery experience with production systems using LLMs/AI agents.
• Strong foundation in distributed systems and cloud architecture (Azure or GCP).
• Track record delivering AI to non-technical business users with measurable outcomes.
• Credibility with business stakeholders.
• Experience growing senior people and building high-output teams.
• Clear, direct communication, strong async and written.

Responsibilities

• Own measurable AI adoption across business functions and track outcomes.
• Own the enablement programme and cross-department use-case pipeline.
• Grow and define the enablement function, including roles and hiring.
• Lead and grow a mixed organisation across enablement and engineering.
• Own and shape the Office of AI platform roadmap and expand capabilities.
• Lead architectural decisions and guardrails for fast delivery of AI.
• Set technical strategy for applying LLMs and agents across engineering lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Security, Legal, and Platform Engineering to ship safe AI capabilities.
• Translate company AI goals into concrete roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
