Job summary

IFS is seeking a Technical Presales Architect to drive enterprise software platform strategies for enterprise customers. You will define architectures, security, deployment patterns and AI-enabled solutions that align with business goals.

You will act as a trusted technical advisor across the customer journey, bridging business value with technical execution while working with cross-functional teams to win opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Presales, Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture or similar roles.
• Proven experience designing, positioning and presenting complex enterprise software solutions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud, APIs, security concepts and modern architectures.
• Experience discussing security topics including IAM, data protection, governance and compliance.
• Knowledge of SaaS, private/hybrid cloud and multi-region architectures.
• Strong AI knowledge including LLMs, AI orchestration, automation and enterprise use cases.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for varied audiences.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English communication (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions and architecture workshops with customers and partners.
• Design solution architectures aligning business requirements with IFS Cloud capabilities and best practices.
• Advise customers on platform architecture, integration, security frameworks, identity management and deployment models.
• Guide customers through deployment options including SaaS, private cloud, hybrid cloud, and regulated environments.
• Demonstrate AI, automation and emerging tech to improve productivity and outcomes.
• Apply AI-assisted development tools to accelerate prototyping and value realization.
• Engage with security, data governance, and enterprise risk stakeholders to address concerns and speed decisions.
• Partner with executives and IT leaders to evaluate technology strategies and roadmaps.
• Lead technical responses for opportunities including architecture reviews, RFPs and PoCs.
• Stay ahead of cloud technologies, security trends, AI capabilities and enterprise platform innovation.
