Job summary

IFS is seeking a Technical Presales Architect to help enterprise customers define, design, and adopt modern platforms powered by IFS Cloud, Industrial AI, and emerging technologies. You will be the trusted technical advisor through the customer journey, guiding decisions on architecture, security, deployment models, and AI capabilities to deliver long-term business value.

Qualifications

5+ years in presales or enterprise tech roles.
Experience designing, positioning, and presenting complex enterprise software.
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, APIs, security concepts, and modern application architectures.
Experience discussing security topics including IAM, data protection, governance, compliance.
Knowledge of deployment models including SaaS, private cloud, hybrid cloud, and multi-region architectures.
Strong understanding of AI technologies, LLMs, agentic AI, AI orchestration frameworks, intelligent automation.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for technical, business, and executive audiences.
Excellent communication, presentation, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery sessions and architecture workshops with customers and partners.
Design solution architectures that align business requirements with IFS Cloud capabilities and industry best practices.
Advise customers on platform architecture, integration patterns, security frameworks, identity management, and deployment models.
Guide customers through deployment options including SaaS, private cloud, hybrid cloud, and regulated environments.
Demonstrate how AI and automation can improve productivity, decision-making, and customer outcomes.
Apply AI-assisted development tools to accelerate prototyping and value realization.
Engage with security, data governance, and enterprise risk stakeholders to address concerns.
Partner with executives and IT leaders to evaluate technology strategies and roadmaps.
Lead technical responses for strategic opportunities, including RFPs, PoCs, and executive presentations.
Stay at the forefront of cloud technologies, security trends, AI capabilities, and enterprise platform innovation.
