Blueprint Learning, based in Copenhagen, Denmark, is seeking a Commercial Director to unite Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Portfolio Management around a single commercial agenda. You will drive market-led innovation, commercial execution and profitable growth, aligning strategies with the Reducate Group and leading the Danish commercial function.

You will lead a small, ambitious team in a fast-moving EdTech scale-up, shaping the commercial roadmap, pricing, distribution and portfolio

Competenze

• Senior leadership experience across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success.
• Proven track record of profitable growth and forecasting.
• Experience in digital, software or subscription businesses.
• Fluency in Danish and professional English.

• Develop and execute the Danish commercial strategy and growth plan.
• Lead Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Portfolio Management.
• Drive profitable growth through acquisition, retention, pricing and portfolio development.
• Set clear commercial targets, KPIs, forecasts and performance reviews.
• Strengthen collaboration and accountability across the commercial organisation.
• Provide direction and senior support to commercial leaders.
