Job summary

IMPACT A/S is seeking a Senior AI Director to redefine AI strategies for businesses in the Nordics. This leadership role involves developing scalable AI solutions, enhancing client commerce capabilities, and driving measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in AI, machine learning, and/or data-driven transformation.
• Experience in consulting, digital transformation, or high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the AI vision and roadmap for Impact Commerce.
• Develop AI-driven use cases that improve conversion, retention, and revenue growth.
• Define end-to-end AI architecture and solution design.
• Recruit, lead, and mentor AI, data science, and ML talent.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.
