DEPT® is a Growth Invention company helping ambitious brands grow faster. The Growth Director, Experience & Engineering role in Denmark focuses on turning client insights and tech trends into meaningful commercial opportunities.
You will shape propositions, build senior relationships, and lead multi-disciplinary proposals that connect digital experience, engineering, and data with client needs. You’ll collaborate with strategists, delivery leads, solution architects, and subject-matter experts
Formación
- Experience in business development and consultative sales.
- Ability to translate client problems into opportunities.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation and tech-enabled services.
- Proven track record engaging senior stakeholders and leading opportunities.
Responsabilidades
- Create and Shape Opportunities: identify potential opportunities and define strategic direction with the right experts.
- Build Client Relationships: engage senior decision-makers and lead consultative conversations across digital experience, engineering, and data.
- Develop the Pipeline: proactively create and qualify opportunities and manage the funnel.
