Job summary

AudienceProject in Copenhagen or London seeks a Strategy & Commercial Operations Manager to drive strategy into action, working directly with the CEO and commercial team to turn priorities into initiatives with clear owners and milestones.

You bring 2–5 years in strategy & operations, a Master’s degree, and a commercially minded, analytical approach. You will influence senior stakeholders and explore AI-enabled workflows to improve performance.

Qualifications

2–5 years of relevant experience in management consulting, strategy & operations, commercial operations, SaaS, technology.

Responsibilities

Help turn strategy into action by translating priorities into initiatives with owners, milestones and measurable outcomes.
Improve sales enablement and commercial processes; support growth planning and AI-enabled workflows.
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Finance.
Prepare presentations and market research materials; manage cross-functional and ad hoc projects.
