Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking a Business Analyst for the Commercial AI & Data team in Ballerup. You will author BRDs/FRS, map and improve processes, and translate business problems into AI product requirements.

You’ll work with stakeholders across functions to ensure data-driven decisions and measurable value for patients and the business. The role emphasizes collaboration with architects, developers and product teams to deliver end-to-end data initiatives and KPI-driven insights within the pharma

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business data analysis, business process design or data architecture.
• Hands-on programming in Python and SQL with data visualization tools.
• Experience working with cross-functional, matrix teams.
• Knowledge of MDM, data quality, data lineage and data catalogs.
• Strong communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements and map processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand problems and goals.
• Create BRDs, FRs and user stories for AI product work.
• Define KPIs and success metrics for analytics initiatives.
• Support design, testing and deployment of AI-enabled solutions.
• Coordinate UAT and change management activities.
