Job summary

You will own governance and responsible AI, work with senior stakeholders, and drive end-to-end delivery from concept to production, with measurable business impact and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in data, analytics, AI, or digital product roles.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams across data, analytics, product, and AI.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI, governance, privacy, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own the Commercial HCP Data & AI roadmap from idea to production.
• Translate strategy into a portfolio of reusable data assets and ML models.
• Lead a ~10 person multidisciplinary team with clear roles.
• Define KPIs and monitor adoption and value delivery.
• Ensure governance, privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.
