Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S in Ballerup is seeking a Senior AI Experience Strategist for a maternity-cover contract. You will connect employee needs, business priorities and AI capabilities to identify where AI can make meaningful differences, guiding what to pursue, improve, or stop to deliver demonstrable business value.

You will lead evidence-based strategy, shape employee-centered AI experiences and collaborate with technical, business and enablement colleagues.

Qualifications

• Substantial expertise in experience strategy, service design, human-centred design, UX research or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Research employees’ needs, tasks and working practices – including workarounds and barriers to AI adoption.
• Frame ambiguous challenges and shape an employee-centred AI experience direction.
• Map existing workflows and services, and design improved ways of working across people, AI, systems and organisational boundaries.
• Translate insights into experience principles, concepts, service blueprints and prototypes.
• Design and evaluate how employees work with AI – providing context, assessing outputs, and keeping appropriate control.
• Facilitate workshops and decisions with business and technical stakeholders.
• Run focused experiments to evaluate usability, task outcomes, confidence, adoption and business value.
