Job summary

Novo Nordisk in Denmark seeks a Digital Project Manager to lead a portfolio of AI and digital initiatives across our Global Finance organisation. From scoping through implementation and stable operation, you will align stakeholders, clarify priorities and manage risks to keep delivery moving.

You will design AI-enabled capabilities that streamline finance processes and support data-driven decision-making. You’ll drive delivery with planning, testing and adoption, coordinating with Finance, Data

Qualifications

Master's degree in Finance, IT, CS, Engineering, Business Admin or related field.
Minimum 3 years of project management experience in digital/IT/AI delivery.
Experience with cross-functional technical delivery teams and stakeholders.
Practical Agile delivery experience, ideally Scrum Master or Agile PM.
Experience coordinating multiple initiatives across international organisations.
Strong facilitation, collaboration and stakeholder-management skills.
Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver multiple digital and AI initiatives with prioritised backlogs.
Design AI-enabled capabilities to streamline finance processes and data-driven decision-making.
Drive projects through scoping, development, testing, implementation and adoption.
Facilitate Agile events and remove impediments to keep delivery flowing.
Set delivery KPIs and report progress on value, quality, risks and dependencies.
Build alignment across Finance and other areas and support user readiness and benefit realization.
Coordinate quality, data privacy, IT security and testing activities with accountable specialists.
