Job summary

Novo Nordisk seeks an Healthcare Provider AI Solutions Lead in Ballerup to shape how Commercial uses data and AI across affiliates. You’ll lead a ~10 person team to build AI products and analytics that drive measurable outcomes in chronic disease care, collaborating with senior stakeholders across commercial, medical, IT, governance and operations.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field.
10+ years of progressive experience in data, analytics, AI, digital product development or commercial technology roles.
Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams across data engineering, data science, analytics, product ownership and AI solution development.

Responsibilities

Shape the roadmap by translating strategy into a focused AI product portfolio and reusable data assets.
Prioritise based on business value, data readiness, feasibility, adoption potential and compliance.
Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of ~10 with clear roles and governance.
Deliver end-to-end work from opportunity assessment to production and continuous improvement.
Define and monitor business KPIs, adoption, quality and service health.
Embed governance, privacy, security, compliance and responsible AI across activities.
