Job summary

Novo Nordisk in Ballerup is seeking an Healthcare Provider AI Solutions Lead who will shape how Commercial uses data and AI to engage healthcare providers across affiliates. You will turn strategy into a focused portfolio of AI products and analytics and lead a team of about 10 people to build them.

You will own the AI roadmap from idea to production, aligning with enterprise architecture, governance, and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

A Master’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field.
10+ years of progressive experience in data, analytics, AI, digital product development or commercial technology roles.
Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams across data engineering, data science, analytics engineering, product ownership, AI solution development and business analysis.
Strong track record delivering enterprise-scale AI and analytics products from idea to production.

Responsibilities

Shape the AI roadmap translating strategy into a portfolio of AI products and analytics.
Lead a ~10-person multidisciplinary team and ensure delivery with governance and security standards.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders across commercial, IT and operations.
Define KPIs and monitor adoption, value delivery and responsible AI practices.
