Job summary

Siemens Gamesa is seeking an Operational Support Manager within the Construction Solution Center to join our 24/7 global offshore wind turbine construction support team. You will act as a technical and operational single point of contact to keep project progress, safety, and continuity on track across preassembly, installation, and commissioning.

The role requires 2–5 years of relevant wind turbine construction experience, the ability to troubleshoot in demanding environments, and a proactive

Qualifications

2–5 years of relevant wind turbine construction, commissioning, or technical support experience.
Experience in rotating shifts or on-call duties is beneficial for 24/7 support.
Strong technical foundation in wind turbine systems and construction/commissioning processes.

Responsibilities

Provide 24/7 operational support as the central expert for construction-related technical topics.
Support site mobilization across preassembly, installation, and commissioning phases.
Offer technical guidance on turbine interfaces and systems to ensure safe, high-quality operations.
Contribute to root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for deviations.
Promote new processes, updates, and standards across construction sites.
Lead knowledge-sharing sessions with site teams and stakeholders.
Facilitate communication between site operations and the CNS organization.
Participate in Site Acceptance Tests to build operational knowledge.
