You will drive uptime, guide development and sourcing, and push continuous improvement across the equipment lifecycle to support installation campaigns and service operations.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in a technical and global environment.
• Strong track record in equipment engineering, reliability, maintenance, or lifecycle management.
• Experience applying structured quality processes, preferably APQP4Wind.
• Proven ability to collaborate with external partners and suppliers, backed by Systems Engineering understanding.
• Proven interpersonal and change management skills, with ability to drive collaboration in uncertain environments while focusing on quality.

• Capture lessons learned and translate them into actionable improvement initiatives.
