You will act as a key contact, providing in-depth technical expertise to maintain project progress and safety. The position is centered on providing direct, hands‑on technical and operational support throughout the preassembly, installation, and commissioning phases of wind turbine generators (WTGs). Your responsibilities will include guiding site teams through complex technical challenges, supporting mobilization activities, and ensuring new processes are implemented consistently. You will facilitate seamless communication between on‑site operations and the central construction organization, ensuring alignment and rapid problem resolution. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with a strong technical foundation in wind turbine systems and a background in construction or commissioning environments. You must be adept at troubleshooting, capable of working independently under general supervision, and skilled in knowledge transfer and process improvement. • Support technical deviation investigations, contributing to root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective and preventive measures.
  • Provide ongoing operational support to preassembly, installation, and commissioning activities to ensure alignment with defined standards.
  • Support the development, introduction and awareness of new processes, updates, and standards to ensure consistent application across construction sites.
  • Conduct general turbine knowledge-sharing sessions for site teams, focusing on key stakeholders such as e.g. Technical Field Advisors (TFA), Technical Supervisors (TES), CT-C etc.
  • Facilitate communication flows between site operations and the central Construction (CNS) organization to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Contribute to practical implementation and field knowledge reviews to validate that defined processes are effectively applied on site.
  • Participate in Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) to build operational knowledge and ensure early knowledge transfer to upcoming projects.
