Job summary

Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy in Denmark is seeking an Equipment Specialist to drive operational and strategic improvements in blade manufacturing. You will lead end-to-end equipment implementations, integrate with maintenance, and ensure readiness across local tools and processes.

We expect 5+ years in wind or construction, with a technical engineering degree, strong problem-solving, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of operational experience in wind or construction.
• University degree in mechanical, electrical, or marine engineering.
• Proven ability to implement technical solutions and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, initiate, and drive operational and strategic improvement projects within blade manufacturing.
• Conduct investment analyses to support CAPEX decisions by senior management.
• Lead end-to-end implementation and handover of equipment to local maintenance.
• Collaborate with end users and process departments to improve operational efficiency through equipment optimization.
