The ideal candidate has 5+ years of operational experience in wind or related sectors and a degree in mechanical, electrical, or marine engineering. You will drive equipment upgrades, define technical specs, and ensure readiness with FAT, SAT, and TOC processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify, initiate, and drive operational and strategic improvement projects within blade manufacturing.
• Conduct investment analyses to support CAPEX decisions and equipment optimization.
• Provide end-to-end implementation and ensure smooth handover of equipment to local maintenance.
• Collaborate with end users and process departments to improve operational efficiency.
