Job summary

Siemens Gamesa is seeking a Head of Equipment Engineering to lead the equipment engineering function for offshore wind installs and service. You will drive reliability and continuous improvement, ensuring uptime and efficient project execution across a global team.

You will build partnerships with suppliers and development teams, apply structured quality processes (APQP4Wind), and guide lifecycle management while navigating organizational change to improve project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering is required.
• Significant leadership experience in a technical, global environment.
• Strong track record in equipment engineering, reliability, maintenance, or lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement of the equipment portfolio to meet reliability and efficiency standards.
• Capture lessons learned and translate them into actionable improvements.
• Collaborate with operations to identify and address challenges proactively.
