Leidos has an excellent opportunity for a Knowledge Management Power Platform and application integration Engineer located in Stuttgart, Germany.

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for experienced, innovative and motivated DoD365 & Power Platform engineer to support enablement of AFRICOM’s mission objectives.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
AFRICOM's Knowledge Management (KM) and Collaboration team seeks to develop solutions using agile methodology embodying modern UI/UX principles. In this role, you will:

1. Provide daily KM Engineering support to develop business process improvement.
2. Support and create client side and server-side applications in a development environment, test and validate code for accuracy in pre-production, and ensure interoperability and completeness to achieve desired results within the production environment.
3. Work with end-users to gather requirements, propose solutions and execute ad-hoc requests.
4. Communicate clearly and succinctly both written and orally, and present products and ideas in a business-like manner.
5. Work in dynamic fast-paced environment that requires team interaction and coordination of efforts.
6. Demonstrate experience in interfacing with both client managers and system users.
7. Provide SharePoint 2019 & DoD365 Power Platform application development solutions and knowledge to enhance the command’s decision-making processes.
8. Provide advanced PowerBI reporting and visualization of data.
9. Use modern client-side technologies to develop SharePoint Framework (SPFx) such as JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Node.js, Bootstrap, React, TypeScript, Svelte, etc.
10. Have knowledge of common object models to include JSON, CSOM, and REST.
11. Proven experience with application integration using Web Services/ SOAP and Power Automate Connectors.
12. Experience and understanding of API integration authentication options such as OAuth 2.0 to support secure system integration.
13. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to co-workers.
14. Provide remote support and/or travel to customer sites as required.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

1. BA/BS + 5 years or AA/AS + 7 years, or a major cert + 9 years or 13 years of recent specialized experience.
2. Current CompTIA Security + (IAT Level II or greater).
3. Proficiency with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), React, SharePoint API, REST, CSOM and modern client-side development processes.
4. Experience with SharePoint & DoD365 PowerPlatform (including Power App, Dataverse, and PowerBI).
5. Demonstrated understanding of software development using Agile methodology.
6. Must have an active Secret security clearance.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. ITIL v3 – Foundation.
2. Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), React, TypeScript, Bootstrap, Node.js, Knockout, Handlebars.js and the Visual Studio Code IDE.
3. MS PL-900 or equivalent Certification.
4. Familiarity with DoD Financial systems (GFEBS) or accounting systems.
5. Adaptable to changing circumstances and operational needs.
6. Understanding of Department of Defense Military standards.
7. Experience with DoD IT security requirements.
8. Experience in a Microsoft DevOps environment, Git source control and working in an agile software development team.
9. Working understanding of MS Dataverse or MS Dynamics CRM.

Pay Range $85,150.00 - $153,925.00
