We are currently seeking the right candidate for the position of Inside Sales Account Manager (ISAM), responsible for the Austria region. Ideally, this position is based at our Munich-Ismaning office. However, remote work from a home office in Austria is also possible. The role includes an average travel requirement of up to 30%.

WHO IS YOUR FUTURE TEAM?
You will be part of a highly skilled and collaborative sales organization for Middle Europe, comprising over 90+ employees. Within the Austria & Switzerland (ACH) team, you will work alongside six dedicated colleagues and report directly to Territory Sales Manager Mirko Ambrico. The team is responsible for the A-CH region and works in close cooperation with other functions, including End Customer Sales and Sales Engineers. This strong foundation is further supported by our regional Marketing, Training, and Distribution team based in Munich. Together, we make a difference!
YOU’LL DO AS A ISAM?
The ISAM Austria will work very closely with the local and multiregional sales team to ensure that our authorized partners (AP) are aware of our strategy, products, solutions and benefits for their business, as well as supporting them fully with their growth in Axis Channel Partner Program. The Inside Sales Account Manager (ISAM) works closely with distributors, partners, and internal teams to drive business growth and achieve strategic goals. This role involves close collaboration with local Account Managers, Key Account Managers (KAMs), and Sales Engineers (SEs) across the Austria region to ensure alignment and success in the market.

Travel within the territory, region and to Axis’ HQ in Sweden will be considered a natural part of the job.

Experience from working with an indirect sales-model from a similar role within security is a plus. However, the greatest importance will be attached to your personality, attitude and mindset.
