Join our team dedicated to the seamless execution of logistics for clinical trials. Your work will directly contribute to groundbreaking scientific research and innovation. We are currently seeking a

Material Handler/ Packer (m/f/d) for a limited term of one year.

A Day in the Life:

• Picking and sorting clinical trial samples in both ambient and refrigerated environments.
• Packaging samples for shipment while strictly adhering to quality and regulatory standards.
• Documenting all process steps in accordance with GMP and SOPs.
• Working in refrigerated storage areas (2 to 8°C, temporarily -20°C) with provided protective clothing.
• Compliance with hygiene and work regulations.

The Key to Success:

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts and under cold storage conditions.

Experience:

• Professional experience in receiving, picking, and shipping or production.
• Familiarity with the packaging and handling of pharmaceutical products is a plus.
• Experience with computers and scanners is desirable.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods, including walking, bending, and stretching.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Enjoyment of teamwork and creating a positive work environment.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment:

• Ability to work in ambient and refrigerated environments (2 to 8°C, temporarily -20°C).
• Willingness to work in shifts and perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving packages.
