For our international Marketing team in the Munich office we are looking for a motivated person at the earliest possible date for the position of

Technical Marketing Engineer EMEA (f/m/d)

What to expect:

The Technical Marketing Engineer creates unique technical content that reflects current and future technical trends in the electronics industry, covering topics such as electronic components, electronic product development, hardware projects, design tools and technological developments. The tasks include in detail:

• Creating and managing technical demos with a focus on embedded platforms and robotics.
• Writing technical articles, creating compelling videos and product presentations.
• Working closely with the marketing team to promote semiconductor and electronics products.
• Clearly communicating technical concepts to the team and external audiences.
• Attending conferences and trade shows to engage with suppliers.
• Supporting trade shows with on-site demos and technical expertise.

What we are looking for:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Experience with Robot Operating System (ROS) and robotic motion planning.
• Familiarity with industrial robotic arms and hands-on experience with motor control, actuators, and sensors.
• Understanding of control systems and feedback loops (PID control, sensor fusion).
• Proficiency in PCB design and layout using tools like Altium, KiCad, or Eagle.
• Proficiency in C++ and Python for embedded and robotics applications.
• Experience with firmware development for microcontrollers (e.g., STM32, ESP32).
• Knowledge of I2C, SPI, UART, and other communication protocols.
• Familiarity with computer vision, AI/ML for robotics, and OpenCV/PyTorch/TensorFlow is a plus.
• Ability to create 3D models and assemblies using SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of mechanical design principles for robotics and enclosures.
• Experience in writing technical articles, whitepapers, and documentation.
• Ability to explain complex engineering topics in an engaging way.
• Experience in content marketing, social media marketing or branding is beneficial.
• Passion for engineering innovation and continuous learning.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and good knowledge of German.
