Product Portfolio Management: Oversee commercialization, market growth, profitability tracking, and go-to-market plans for both existing and new products.
Customer Selling Stories: Develop and present compelling customer selling stories to drive top-line sales, product awareness, and trial for customer shelf sets.
Go-to-market plans: Propose go-to-market trade/shopper marketing elements, including retailer product assortment, pricing, and merchandising (both in-store and online).
Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analytics to understand consumer/shopper insights, competitive trends, and key portfolio benefits, to derive action plans and provide continuous feedback to Regional and Global Teams.
Financial Tracking: Monitor product P&L and Gross Margin mix by category to ensure financial health.
Degree in Business Administration or Marketing, minimum 3 years job experience in Marketing – FMCG preferred.
Use and understanding of IRI / Nielsen data and any relevant market analytics tools and deep understanding of KPIs and P&L.
Strong business communication (written and oral) & presentation skills.
Team player, able to work in mixed teams across different functions.
