We are seeking experienced IT Project Managers to join our team for a challenging project based in Riyadh. As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of IT projects, ensuring they are delivered within scope, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidates will possess a strong background in Information Technology, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing complex IT projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Initiation: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budget estimates.

Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional project teams, assigning responsibilities and tasks. Motivate team members, provide clear direction, and foster a collaborative environment for successful project execution.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project success. Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address these challenges.

Communication: Maintain open and effective communication channels with project stakeholders, team members, and leadership. Provide regular project updates, status reports, and presentations as required.

Budget and Resource Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure optimal utilization of resources. Make adjustments as needed to stay within budget and meet project objectives.

Quality Assurance: Implement and adhere to best practices, quality standards, and relevant methodologies throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure deliverables meet or exceed expectations.

Change Management: Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring that stakeholders are informed and aligned with any modifications.

Stakeholder Engagement: Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, addressing their concerns and maintaining their involvement throughout the project.

Closure and Evaluation: Facilitate project closure activities, conduct post-project evaluations, and capture lessons learned to enhance future project execution.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven 5-6 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, successfully delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience in managing projects in the Riyadh region is an advantage.
Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools.
