On behalf of our client, an established and innovative provider in the telecommunications and IT industry, we are currently seeking a German speaking Technical Product Manager to join their dynamic team.

Your Responsibilities:

• Redesign & Strategy: Conduct analysis of customer needs and market trends, validate product ideas, and develop relevant product features. Lead the conception and implementation of a Security Operations Center (SOC).
• Product Development: Define and document key product features, create detailed service descriptions, and support the commercial product management process.
• Market Preparation: Perform price-performance comparisons and analyse production costs to support strategic planning.
• Prototype and Capacity Management: Execute prototypes and Proofs of Concept (PoC), primarily leveraging open-source solutions. Derive system sizing requirements and forecast capacity needs.

Your Profile:

• Professional Experience: Several years of experience in customer service, solution finding, and technical product management.
• Additional Qualifications: A senior technician certification would be an advantage but is not a requirement.
• Technical Skills: Strong specialist knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for continuous learning and taking initiative.
• Personal Attributes: A reliable team player with excellent communication skills who remains composed under pressure.
