Job Description

As a (Junior) Product Manager (mIfId) for PCR and NGS Analysis Software, you will drive the development of cutting-edge software solutions for the next-generation PCR and Sequencing technologies. You will play a key role in ensuring that our software is intuitive, powerful, and meets the evolving needs of researchers and clinicians.

• You will provide market insight and contribute to product strategies by driving the identification and development of software products that meet market needs. You will focus on PCR and Sequencing technologies, conduct competitive analysis, benchmark, and develop a product strategy to ensure long-term market leadership.
• You will manage stakeholders and liaise between internal teams (engineering, R&D, software development) and external customers. You will also work with key users to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure the successful definition of product features and roadmaps.
• You will work closely with subject matter experts to ensure alignment with overarching platform developments and that product features meet both user needs and market expectations.
• You will act as a subject matter expert for our software solutions, providing support to field application specialists and directly assisting customers in maximizing the value of our software products.
• You will be involved in international markets, analyzing customer feedback and refining product strategies to maintain a competitive edge in a rapidly evolving industry.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• You hold a degree in life sciences, bioinformatics, or engineering with strong professional experience in sequencing analysis software applications. You have at least several years of experience working in the life sciences, diagnostics, or genomics field, and you are comfortable navigating the technical landscape of this space. Work experience in industry is a plus.
• You are well-versed in the complex use of life sciences software and have a deep understanding of the key applications used in Sequencing Analysis (e.g., PCR, NGS, single-cell sequencing).
• You enjoy engaging with customers and translating their challenges into actionable software solutions. Your focus on delivering intuitive, easy-to-use software solutions that meet market needs sets you apart.
• Familiarity with compliance and data integrity requirements for regulated markets (e.g., FDA, CE) is an added advantage.
• As a self-starter, you are proactive, with exceptional communication skills that enable you to interact effectively with internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders. You are fluent in English and thrive in collaborative, cross-functional environments.
• You are willing to travel globally (minimum 20% travel), including field visits and attendance at industry conferences, to ensure a deep understanding of customer needs and industry trends.
