We are seeking a strategic Product Owner to lead the development of ChatCGM, our innovative chat application powered by generative AI with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) technology. The ideal candidate will be passionate about healthcare technology, AI, and enhancing patient outcomes through seamless information access.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and prioritize the product backlog, create user stories and acceptance criteria in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with AI researchers, developers, and healthcare professionals to improve ChatCGM's capabilities and ensure compliance with industry standards and user needs.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and oversee the entire product development lifecycle from conception to launch and ongoing improvements.
• Monitor and evaluate ChatCGM's performance, incorporating user feedback for continuous enhancement.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, particularly in generative models and RAG, to maintain a competitive edge.
• Act as the main liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication and goal alignment.
• Drive the product vision and strategy, presenting progress reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Healthcare Informatics, or related fields.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in software development, preferably in healthcare technology.
• Strong understanding of generative AI, especially RAG, and its healthcare applications.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Commitment to user-centric design and data-driven decision-making.
