Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic Product Owner to lead the development of ChatCGM, our innovative chat application powered by generative AI with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) technology. The ideal candidate will be passionate about healthcare technology, AI, and enhancing patient outcomes through seamless information access.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and prioritize the product backlog, create user stories and acceptance criteria in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with AI researchers, developers, and healthcare professionals to improve ChatCGM's capabilities and ensure compliance with industry standards and user needs.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and oversee the entire product development lifecycle from conception to launch and ongoing improvements.
- Monitor and evaluate ChatCGM's performance, incorporating user feedback for continuous enhancement.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, particularly in generative models and RAG, to maintain a competitive edge.
- Act as the main liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication and goal alignment.
- Drive the product vision and strategy, presenting progress reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Healthcare Informatics, or related fields.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in software development, preferably in healthcare technology.
- Strong understanding of generative AI, especially RAG, and its healthcare applications.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Commitment to user-centric design and data-driven decision-making.
