What you'll be doing

We’re looking for an experienced growth marketer to take ownership of our user acquisition strategy for the getquin platform. Your mission: drive scalable, data-driven growth across iOS, Android and web — with a focus on paid performance, subscriptions conversion, and user activation.

  • Develop and own a multi-channel growth strategy focused on mobile user acquisition and subscription conversion
  • Scale and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta and other key paid channels
  • Use attribution and analytics tools to track performance, understand impact, and guide decisions
  • Manage budgets strategically based on ROI and user value
  • Collaborate closely with product to drive efficiency across the entire user funnel
  • Continuously evolve our MarTech stack and ensure clear, actionable reporting on key growth KPIs
This role will report directly to our Head of Growth.
What we are looking for
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in growth or performance marketing for mobile apps, ideally in consumer subscription models
  • Proven success in scaling Meta app campaigns and optimizing across acquisition and retention
  • Strong analytical mindset and confidence using attribution tools (e.g. Adjust, Appsflyer)
  • Bonus: background or interest in wealth, investing, or fintech
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment
