Responsibilities:

• Independent planning and execution of strategic procurement projects, including preparation, development, and execution of complex tenders in the area of Indirect purchasing for the Strategy, Business Consulting, Legal, and Services product groups. Ensuring consistent procurement processes across the Group (including internationally).
• Further development and implementation of the optimal sourcing strategy.
• Advising specialist departments on sourcing and negotiation strategies tailored to their needs.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with relevant stakeholders in the Group.
• Defining negotiation strategies and managing negotiations independently to conclude framework and complex project contracts in the service environment.
• Elaborating on alternative courses of action and making decisions on contract awards.
• Developing cost optimization strategies and implementing appropriate measures.
• Establishing and further developing strategic supplier relationships.
• Carrying out supplier evaluations and initiating appropriate measures in close coordination with specialist departments.
