For our location in Plattling, we are looking for a

Senior HR Specialist (m/f/d)

This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day administration functions, including implementation, administration, analysis, and communication of HR systems or processes, e.g., Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, HR modules in Workday, L&D, etc. You ensure that plans are administered consistently with HR objectives and strategies, and that all plans comply with applicable legislation and regulations.

• Facilitates the recruitment process by determining the best method of recruitment, developing interview questions, and coordinating all aspects of recruitment.
• Performs the employment lifecycle operations, including onboarding, HR data maintenance, exit processes, benefits execution and management, contract renewals, internal transfers, and promotions.
• Coordinates with managers and team leaders in developing and administering regional HR policies and practices.
• Assists HR Manager in developing and writing job descriptions for the regions.
• Provides assistance to regional HR initiatives, ensuring familiarity with HR programs/policies such as deployment of new initiatives and training employees/managers (e.g., compensation planning, succession planning).
• Supports activities such as workflow analysis, auditing sick and vacation leave, and employee engagement activities.

• Completed studies, commercial training, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in a dynamic environment requiring reliability and personal responsibility.
• Enjoyment of administrative tasks and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Proactive, solution-oriented work approach and high-quality standards.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office; fluent written and spoken German and English.
• Experience with Workday is an advantage.
