**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Responsible for expanding the company's sales operations, including developing sales plans, strategies, and identifying target customer groups to increase market share.
2. Organize and lead team sales activities, supporting team members throughout the sales process, and demonstrate strong execution skills in project negotiations, bidding, and tender processes.
3. Understand customer needs, provide timely feedback on market information, and proactively offer recommendations to the company on marketing, product development, and other strategic directions. Responsible for planning and formulating the company's market strategy.
4. Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, regularly optimize marketing plans based on company operations, and ensure sales targets are met.
**Qualifications:**
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with a preference for majors in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.
2. Over 5 years of experience in sales/business development, with extensive sales and management expertise.
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills, able to quickly build trust with clients and identify business cooperation opportunities.
4. Ability to conduct industry analysis, market forecasting, and develop marketing strategies based on market trends.
5. Proficient in using computers and networking tools, with strong skills in MS Office software including PPT, Word, and Excel.
6. Detail-oriented, responsible, and a team player with the ability to handle work pressure. Strong leadership and organizational abilities are essential.
