You will ensure that the (industrial) roadmap aligns with customer needs and pain points, while also maintaining the right momentum for the existing portfolio. Sounds interesting? Your IMPACT:

• Shape the PGIS Roadmap: Spend time with customers to understand their needs and market trends and create a roadmap that delivers real value.
• Develop Business Concepts: Create and manage business cases for new offers, handle the budget, and organize the launch activities.
• Manage the Squad Backlog: Define, prioritize, and communicate product requirements, ensuring smooth alignment with marketing and strategy.
• Ensure Execution Excellence: Lead and collaborate with the team to ensure new offers are launched effectively.
• Foster a Collaborative Environment: Motivate and organize the team, act as the liaison with stakeholders, and ensure transparency.

Your Profile:

• You have a degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• You bring at least ten years of professional experience in industrial companies.
• Do you already have experience with medium voltage switchgear? Great!
• You show strong organizational skills and maintain an overview even in stressful situations.
• You have excellent English skills; German skills are desirable.
