In this role, you will take the lead in executing both digital and event-based marketing strategies to establish our category.

• Event Strategy & Execution – Manage our presence at major industry events, from logistics to marketing activations.
• Digital Content & Social Media – Lead content creation and social campaigns to amplify our category message.
• Influencer & Media Outreach – Build partnerships with industry leaders, influencers, and media to expand reach.
• Campaign Execution – Develop and run high-impact digital campaigns, ensuring consistency across all channels.
• Measurement & Optimization – Set up tracking and analytics to assess campaign performance and refine strategies.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about digital and event marketing:

• You have a proven track record in strategic marketing, particularly in shaping brand narratives and launching new categories.
• You think in systems, not just campaigns—understanding how every marketing touchpoint connects.
• You’re obsessed with data-driven decision-making, adjusting in real-time to maximize impact.
• You thrive in high-growth environments, where bold moves define the market.
• You have excellent communication skills that help you thrive in communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluency in German and English, with native-level proficiency in at least one.
