As the Ecommerce Operations Manager, you will take ownership of the entire operational backbone of COZY HEAVEN—from supply chain and customer service to performance tracking and growth strategies. You will manage multiple projects and teams, working directly with the founders and our marketing experts to ensure flawless execution and steady business growth.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a remote-first, fast-growing environment and has experience in e-commerce, operations, and digital marketing.

Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations across logistics, supply chain, order fulfillment, and customer service to ensure premium service and delivery.

Lead operational coordination between marketing, tech, and support teams to meet business goals (e.g., ROAS, AOV, CR, Revenue, Profit). Oversee campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Email, and Influencer channels.

• Supply Chain & Inventory Management

Ensure product availability, supplier coordination, inventory control, and cost efficiency across all product lines—current and future.

• Performance Analysis & KPI Reporting

Track and report on weekly brand performance metrics. Provide actionable insights to optimize marketing and operational activities.

• Customer Service Oversight

Supervise customer service workflows to maintain high satisfaction and consistent 5-star reviews. Resolve escalations with empathy and efficiency.

Assist in launching new product lines beyond bedding, ensuring operational readiness from sourcing to delivery and after-sales service.

Ensure the COZYHEAVEN Shopify store is optimized for conversion, UX, speed, and back-end integrations.

Manage relationships with suppliers, 3PLs, technology vendors, and packaging partners to ensure high-quality outcomes and favorable terms.

• Stakeholder Communication

Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders and external partners to support long-term growth and operational excellence.

• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, business management, or DTC brand scaling
• Experience working with Shopify, Klaviyo, and 3PL or warehouse management software
• Strong understanding of performance metrics : ROAS, AOV, CR, CAC, LTV, and inventory KPIs
• Familiarity with paid media channels (Meta, Google), email marketing, and influencer campaigns
• Proficient in tools like Google Workspace, Asana, Slack, and Excel
• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Passion for premium consumer products and a detail-oriented mindset
• Fluent in German; English is a plus
