A global consulting firm based in Germany is seeking an experienced HR Technology Manager. This role involves leading HR technology transformations and advising multinational clients on HRIS implementations and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate has over seven years in HR technology, strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors or Workday, and excellent leadership skills. Proficiency in German and English is required, along with a commitment to client engagement and innovation in HR technology.
Remote in Germany, with some customer-site travel (15%), German & English speaking Position.
We are seeking an experienced HR Technology Manager with a strong background in HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors and / or Workday to join our global consulting team. This role focuses on advising and delivering HR transformation initiatives for multinational clients, leveraging AI, automation, and HR process optimization to reduce costs, enhance efficiency, and improve the employee experience.
As a manager, you will lead client engagements, design HR technology architectures, and guide customers through HRIS implementations, integrations, and intelligent automation initiatives. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior HR and IT stakeholders while mentoring consultants and contributing to thought leadership in HR technology innovation.
