Role Responsibilities

• Develop Digital Learning Strategies that align with the company’s objectives and language program
• Oversee online Learning Systems and Platforms
• Promote and brand English courses through Social Media Campaigns
• Develop educational posts, videos, reels, articles and so on
• Build trust with potential clients, respond to inquiries, comments and messages
• Track engagement metrics
• Set monthly targets and design promo offers as Sales Strategies
• Customer Relationship Management through follow-ups and conversions
• Ensure Upselling & Cross-selling as well as engaging Feedback Loops
• Conduct English Language Sessions which are engaging, learner-centered and tailored to the different proficiency levels
• Create course materials, activities and assessments based on modern English teaching methodologies
• Provide guidance, track learner progress, and maintain student performance reports
• Stay updated with current teaching trends and integrate digital tools to enhance learning outcomes
• Work with Designers & Developers as well as partner with Influencers or Institutions and build strong collaborations
• Train new staff through mentoring or onboarding
