Job Openings Danish-Speaking Customer Advisor Relocation Opportunity to Portugal

Location: Remote from Continental Portugal

Contract: Full-time, 12-month renewable

Start dates: several dates available through June and July

Role Overview: As a Danish-speaking E-commerce Support Specialist, youll assist customers throughout their online shopping journey solving problems, answering questions, and making their experience smooth and satisfying.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries on orders, deliveries, returns, and payments.
• Securely handle sensitive data and follow internal escalation procedures.
• Communicate professionally through email, phone, and chat.
• Collaborate with carriers and internal departments.

Requirements:

• C2-level Danish and fluent English (C1) - written and spoken
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work on rotating shifts.
• Already in Portugal or open to relocating from this role
• EU member state passport or a valid residence card for Portugal
