Responsibilities

• Global Process Owner "Purchase to Pay"
• Management of a purchasing volume exceeding €15 million per year, involving over 5,000 transactions and 2,000 suppliers
• Responsibility for the global “Major Investment” process (investment projects > €100,000)
• Development and implementation of category strategies, including international supplier management
• Execution of global tenders, contract negotiations, and supplier evaluations
• Utilization of modern tools such as eProcurement, Digital Supplier Collaboration, and Spend Analytics
• Leadership and participation in cross‑functional, international projects (e.g., CAPEX, digitalization, sustainability)
• Active support of Sales and Engineering through procurement expertise

Qualifications

• Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable field
• Additional certification in Project Management (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, PMI)
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in technical procurement within an internationally operating company
• Experience working with global supplier networks and in intercultural collaboration
• Business‑fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus
• Proficient in digital procurement systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, etc.)
