CENTER MANAGER (F/M/X)

You will lead the centre management team
You will be responsible for the daily management and operation of the outlet centre
You will build and maintain effective relationships with the retailers, service providers and key stakeholders within the local industry to build the reputation of the centre
You will manage and control the budget, with constant regard for cost control and striving to reduce spending where possible.
You will work directly with third party agencies to deliver marketing, promotions and events which drive footfall, dwell time and spend
You have proven retail experience within the shopping centre management industry or senior retail environment in fashion, sports or lifestyle
You are already a Centre Manager or a Senior Store, Area Manager who wants to step into Shopping Centre Management
You have strong financial experience and exposure to budget management
You have strong people management skills and proven leadership skills
You have very good MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
You have strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English; further language skills would be an advantage
