As we prepare for our next funding milestone and expand across European markets, we’re looking for an exceptional Chief Operating Officer (COO) to drive world-class execution and make our growth both scalable and sustainable.

The Role

We are seeking a hands-on, strategic operator to join our leadership team and own the company-wide execution engine. As COO, you will be the architect of operational excellence across all functions—product, commercial, data, science, and international rollout.

Your mission: translate bold vision into disciplined, high-velocity execution—ensuring we scale impact, revenue, and performance in lockstep.

You’ll work side-by-side with the CEO and C-suite to align strategy, streamline operations, and enable teams to perform at the highest level. This is a pivotal role shaping how the company operates—from roadmap to boardroom.

What You’ll Own

As COO, you’ll build and run the operating engine that powers our next stage of growth. Working closely with the CEO and leadership team, you’ll turn bold vision into fast, aligned execution across product, commercial, data, and science.

• Own the Execution System
  Design and lead the core operating model—OKRs, scorecards, cadences, and dashboards—that aligns teams and drives velocity across the business.

• Drive Cross-Functional Performance
  Turn strategy into roadmaps, streamline processes end-to-end, and embed operational excellence across everything from sales to product delivery.

• Scale Intelligently
  Build the systems and teams needed to scale across Europe and beyond—ensuring speed, quality, and financial discipline grow together.

• Lead Culture and Collaboration
  Champion a high-trust, high-performance culture from our Berlin HQ, creating clarity, cohesion, and momentum across the company.

• Be the CEO’s Strategic Partner
  Act as a thought partner to the CEO and a credible voice with the Board—bringing operational insight to strategic decisions and investor conversations.
  

What you need to succeed

• Proven track record scaling VC-backed tech companies through multiple growth stages—ideally from Series A to international rollout or exit.

• Systems thinker and execution powerhouse: you design scalable processes that unlock speed, clarity, and accountability across the org.

• Able to move seamlessly between strategic planning and on-the-ground delivery—bringing sharp thinking and decisive action.

• Deep cross-functional experience across data, product, GTM, science, and finance, with a bias for clarity, momentum, and results.

• Technically fluent, with hands-on exposure to data platforms or ML-driven products a strong plus.

• Trusted leader in high-velocity, high-stakes environments—known for bringing structure, calm, and energy when it matters most.
