ZAPP Associates has been mandated to find a SAP FICO Senior Manager for a rapidly growing strategy consultancy building its SAP transformation team in Germany. Our client, a renowned global advisory organization, is expanding its technology capabilities with a focus on SAP, driven by client demand.

The role involves working across finance transformation projects, from advisory to implementation, utilizing SAP S/4HANA Finance. You will collaborate with clients on strategic topics and lead delivery efforts, leveraging both internal and offshore teams.

Key experience required includes:

1. 10+ years of experience in SAP FI CO solutioning
2. Deep knowledge of finance and accounting processes
3. Previous consulting experience as a Manager, Architect, Delivery Lead, or Senior Manager
4. Experience in preparing RFPs and proposals
5. Experience in hiring and building teams within a consulting environment
6. Leadership in finance transformation programs involving S/4Finance

This position offers the opportunity to lead within an established advisory firm, with responsibility for building and managing a team in the short term. You will work with existing clients and advise on S/4Finance implementation journeys. The role is primarily remote, but occasional travel within Germany may be required based on client needs.
