Your mission

1. Manage and optimize the end-to-end supply chain for UAV electronics, sensors, and critical components.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with global suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners.
3. Ensure on-time procurement, cost efficiency, and risk mitigation in the supply chain.
4. Oversee supplier qualification, contract negotiations, and compliance with ITAR, EAR, and BAFA regulations.
5. Implement inventory management strategies to balance cost, lead times, and production needs.
6. Monitor geopolitical risks, export regulations, and supply chain vulnerabilities.
7. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to align procurement with R&D and production demands.
8. Utilize ERP and supply chain analytics tools to optimize operations and forecasting.

Your profile

1. 5+ years experience in supply chain management, procurement, or logistics in defense, aerospace, or high-tech manufacturing.
2. Strong knowledge of electronics, RF systems, sensors, and UAV-related components.
3. Experience with ITAR, EAR, EU Dual-Use, and military-grade supply chain compliance.
4. Expertise in supplier negotiations, contract management, and global sourcing.
5. Proficiency in ERP, MRP, and supply chain analytics tools.
6. Ability to manage complex logistics, multi-tier suppliers, and rapid production scaling.

Nice to have

1. Experience in counter-UAV, drone technology, or electronic warfare systems.
2. Background in supply chain resilience strategies and risk assessment for global operations.
3. Knowledge of lean manufacturing and just-in-time (JIT) inventory principles.
