The Opportunity

ZEISS aims to standardize and harmonize different ERP systems across the Group during the transition from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4HANA (FIT4). The Role

The Head of Business Process Excellence EMEA Hub (f/m/x) will lead SAP S/4HANA developments for all legal entities in the Fit4 EMEA region, coordinate resources, and support decision-making to ensure high-quality project implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee SAP S/4HANA deployments within the Fit4 EMEA hub
• Coordinate and supervise multiple teams and collaborate with business project managers
• Communicate with executive stakeholders and manage progress reporting and escalations
• Drive decision-making on design aspects and ensure template governance
• Identify, escalate/mitigate, and resolve issues and risks
• Establish measures and processes to ensure quality of deliverables

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in business administration, project management, or equivalent
• At least 8 years of professional project management experience, preferably in SAP and business transformations
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes (e.g., Lead-to-Cash, Plan-to-Produce)
• Proven leadership skills managing regional teams
• Experience working with external providers and system integrators
• Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
